GEEZ LOUISE…so, Anthony says he can’t pay more than $377 a month because he “just bought a new truck.” Didn’t fly. He had no paycheck stub to very uniform and other guideline credits. He said his son lives with him, but he doesn’t. The house he lives in was an inheritance when his mom passed away. Child Support goes up to $466.00 guideline, retro to August 1, 2002, via wage assignment. Court was silent on uncovered medical expenses due.

What a DAY….

Today, 9/11/02, Keith received a letter from the Accounting Service Center of his employer dated 9/3/02. It states that they received a modification instruction on the Income Withholding Order for Support, copy enclosed. The “enclosure” was a letter from his ex wife, dated 9/3/02, with a subject matter of “Partial release of Wage Assignment.”

She wrote this letter 2 days, 2 DAYS before her son turned 18, LOL…Good thing Keith was already ahead of the game, LOL. SHE, on the other hand, is late as usual with things. Truth be told, this is her MO. waiting until the last minute just to squeeze every little drop of money out of Keith.

Pathetic.
