The sperm donor in my case tried to say I kept “his daughter” from him.
Let’s see, it’s been nearly 29 years and he never made an attempt to see her, not once, since 1994, when she was 10 months old.
Prior to that, we lived together the first 7 months of her life. He was active then.
When I sued for custody, he got “no rights” of visitation due to his personal issues and demons, (protection for my daughter) but I always told him if he wanted to see and visit her, let me know and someone can meet him with her so he can. It never happened.
