I called J at 7:05 am and we talked about Christmas gifts and lists. She mentioned Bon Marche, which is like a Broadway, and mentioned another store named, LaMont. Talked about shoes for (SS) and hip huggers for (SD). It was a nice convo.

New Insurance Info
Sent J and J a Christmas card. Enclosed was Keith’s new insurance info. I signed the card Keith, Patricia, Sarah and Thomas.
Letter From Her Husband
Wow, so the ex’s husband wrote Keith a letter, about ME! 🙂 I made notes in RED off to the right. 🙂 It’s funny though, the things “he” wrote in this letter are things his WIFE wrote to my husband before. Contrary to popular belief, SHE is responsible for using all insurance available to her, which means her husbands, since she is not carry insurance through her employer.

Another letter from HER
Funny, her husband allegedly wrote a letter dated November 22, but she wrote her’s dated Nov. 20, and both were received on December 1.
In her letter to Keith, she responded twice to a letter he wrote her dated November 6, 1997. In the first paragraph, she wrote “I do not have a big memory lapse when it comes to remember money that you say you sent me as well as everything else. It is not every time just before you are to have the kids for visitation that I decide to start trouble by sending letters accusing you of either half truths or made up things to make myself look good. In fact it is quite the opposite, I was responding to the several letters I was sent while you had the kids last summer. Letters I received at least once a week if not more often. Letters that were so harassing in nature I chose not to respond until I had to. I finally had to when you decided it was probably time to look into visitation again. No half truths I remember very well the incidents that happened with the money and if by chance I slip up you are right there to make sure you get your wife to correct me.”
LMAO…good lord.
November 1997-Paying for Goodies
Keith had bought some candy that his daughter was selling so on the 25th, we sent her a money order $16.00 for the candy, and I wrote her a note.

Letter from L
Keith got a letter from L today. She dated it Oct. 15, 1997. She asked how he was, said she was fine. Said she loves him very much. She asked how Thomas is and if he’s bigger today. She told Keith again that she missed him very much, she’s fine in school. She asked if everyone is good here, and to tell everyone she loves them and misses them to. She asked what Sarah was going to be for Halloween. She said she will call him on Saturday. She wrote, “Love your Dauter, P.S. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo KISS YOU LATER DAD”
Sweet girl.
Another EOB
Keith sent an EOB form note to J and I added a message to it: I wrote,
‘J-
The adjustment is due because there was a problem with 1996 deductible not being met when the insurance improperly paid a claim on Sarah. A claim for Sarah was applied to the deductible when it shouldn’t have been. Thank you- Patricia”
August 1997 Letter to Stepkids
We had visitation with the kids from July 11th to August 16th. During this time, we had the kids pictures taken, all 4 of them. It was not a good experience, but I wrote the kids and told them what was going on with the pictures.

And MORE….
Sent this to J today:
“Hi J-
Enclosed are a couple EOB’s we have received recently.
The one for a DOS of 7/29/97 is actually a zero balance because the P/L of $8 that is due is our co-pay which a copy of the receipt is also enclosed. Please do not bill your insurance for this.- The provider of service isn’t either.
The EOB for a DOS of 7/30/97 w/ the P/L of $3.45 is currently being billed to (her insurance) by (Provider), so as usual, when you receive the EOB from them, please forward a copy to us. Thank you-
Of course as the EOB’s come in for the office visit of 7/30/97 and (provider) on 8/5/97, I will send you copies, but they will be billed by the providers of service to your insurance company.
On 7/30/97, I had obtained J’s verbal authorization to release his information, including ss# to providers of service, anytime we have to take the kids to the doctors or what have you.
Please refrain from calling our home to yell at us, and accuse us of invading your privacy, giving out info w/out authorization, and using J’s ss# fraudulently, because it simply will not be true. Sincerely, Patricia (middle initial, last name) “
