I hope everyone has had an awesome day!!

I sent my Daughters bio dad a Happy Easter AND Happy Birthday, as today he turns 63, how is that possible?! LOL I won’t hear from him, but that’s ok.

It was just my grandpup and I today. My Love helped me this morning with a few things and ended up almost passing out because he hadn’t eaten or drank anything all morning, so he went to his house. He’s not a dog person.

I did some yard work and planted some succulents in the front planter box. HOPEFULLY my landlord doesn’t Tem his henchmen, gardeners, to kill them this time, like he did the last time.

I’m on vacation for a week. We had Good Friday off, which shocked me, but it was so welcomed, after starting back to work on campus on Monday, 3/29. Over a year working from home. We came back just like we left campus, on a dime. It’s good to be back to work and when we go back after Spring Break, we will have about 4 weeks left until Schools out for Summer.

The Court orders from July 1, 1998 state, “ W to give H 30 days written notice of non emergency medical care.” We interpreted this to mean if the kids have dental appointments, physicals, the like.

If the kids are sick and need to go to the doctors to be checked out and possibly given meds for their illness, then she needs to take them. She couldn’t understand this. She could never understand this.

She wrote Keith an email on this date, complaining about medical/dental expenses and how he has exhausted all her patience in dealing with his pettiness regarding their kids. It’s funny, when she praises herself on being the perfect mother, she refers to the kids are “my kids.” When she’s complaining to Keith about how he is, she says, “Your kids” and when she THINKS she’s trying to say she’s trying to work with Keith on issues, then they are “their kids.”

In this email, because you know she has a need, she says, “we all know that Keith is not the person who responds. He may once in awhile but we all know that Pat is the one meddling in everybody’s business.”

She also told him, “you are just ridiculous about your money and your kids.” Tells him to leave her alone unless it regards the kids, that she doesn’t want to hear his whining and sniveling because he “has to take care of your kids.” She told him to get a life.

I think one day, I will do one of those, “Tell me you’re Ugly without telling me you’re ugly…” and then show proof of all her ugly statements about him thus far.

So I went with my Love to Best Buy today. I know he wanted to get a few things, one of them was a laptop. He’s never had one before and I’m so excited for him since he bought his first one, EVER, at his age of early 60’s!!

He also bought me one! He had bought me one nearly 8 years ago, and that one is barely hanging on. The charging cord port is broke so I’m real lucky if it holds a charge without any help, LOL. Other things wrong with it is that if I email myself pics, and save them in folders, I can’t find the pics or I get an error message that the file I’m trying to open is not allowed. There are other issues as well, but I think I can finally retire it. Poor dinosaur, but it’s served me well. It got me through school, Paralegal Studies, where I started in 2013 and graduated 18 months later, in 2014, Magna Cum Laude.

Not only did he buy me a new laptop, he also bought me this awesome keyboard from Logitech. It’s a Multi Device keyboard, connecting to whatever I want it to, via blue tooth. I am currently writing this post, using this keyboard, connected to my iPad! I remember asking TMobile if there was a keyboard I could buy for it and was told no, there wasn’t one. Well, apparently there is, and I got it today! The awesome thing about it is that I can connect it to my cell phone as well, using blue tooth. It’s the BEST invention!!

It’s a “Logitech Multi-Device K780 Keyboard, fully equipped. For computer, phone and tablet. “ I highly recommend it!!

I told my Love the laptop and keyboard were early Birthday presents for me, he said, “Yeah…no. This is because you’ve always had my back!” AWE 😉 We’ve been together 13 years, and have been through thick and thin, to hell and back. We are in this together. 😉
