Keith got a letter from L today. She said she “stared soccer today” that it was fun and she wished he was there to see her. She ask him how work was, if it was ok, school for her was fine and she “don’t have much to say now.” She did say she “forgot, say hi to evey one.”

Sweet note.

It is too bad he can’t be there to see her. Wonder if her mom would record her playing and send something. Probably not.

So the ex wrote another letter to Keith dated 2/23/1997, post marked 2/26/1997. He got it today. More bs, more lies about visitation, more petty crap, but ONE thing she did mention was some phone calls ” the weekend before Thanksgiving” between us.

She wrote, “After several phone calls on this day with both you and Patricia it ended up with Patricia calling me to tell me to make arrangements (for visitation) and how you made her mad because you always wait until the last minute for these things. And better yet was the telephone call from her stating that she was pregnant and you had just threatened to kick her butt and she was lucky she was pregnant so you couldn’t hit her. She was very upset and she stated you were very mad too. In fact she said she would be packing her things to move out the next day.” SAY WHAT? LOL….I can say that NEVER happened. What a wild imagination this woman has.

I believe that what a person accuses another of doing, they are doing themselves.

J signed for the letter I sent her on 1-11-97, on 1-25-97. She cashed the M.O. today, 1-29-97. That sure was a long time.

Letter to J dated 1-10-97

“J-

Enclosed are copies of EOB’s we had received w/in the last 3 days, as well as a money order in the amount of $27.88. I have enclosed a copy of an EOB we received from PAID ** requesting more information from on of N’s (**).

Sent this letter and M.O. today 1-11-97

We got a little note from N’s teacher on the School News letter we received today. She wrote, “Thank you! I’ll send pictures after they’re developed!”

Spring- GOT KIDS for the week, 3/30-4/7

SUMMER-DENIED- We had to move to do the owners of house we were renting was being sold. On August 16th, Keith requested the kids for a week from August 24-August 31. EX said she would have to think about it. She had already stated that he could have the kids from August 11th-30th. On August 20th EX called and said he can’t have the kids. She told Keith, “There is always Christmas” Keith said, “Whatever you say, (her name). I’ll talk to you later” and he hung up. * EX says that Keith could not afford to take the kids because he moved. Seems her understanding of the FACTS is skewed. She DENIED HIM.

*On July 31st, ex’s husband called Keith and told him that if he, Keith, ever wanted to know anything about the kids, to call and talk to him instead of fighting with (ex’s name). Her husband told Keith, that he would tell Keith anything he wants to know, if they want to visit, don’t want to, stay 2 days with him, stay a year or two, he will tell Keith straight up what is going on, he won’t bullshit him.

WINTER-DENIED- on 10/29, EX called Keith asking him to split airfare 3 ways and to split his visitation time with her mother. One week with him, one week with her mother. He asked her if she could purchase the airfare and he would reimburse her and she said she would have to think about it. on 11/19 Keith called ex to see if she decided to help him out and pay for airfare and he would pay her back. She said she hasn’t decided yet. On 11/24 she said no. *EX says that Keith cancelled at Thanksgiving due to not being able to afford cost of transportation. Again, seems her understanding of the FACTS is skewed. 11/24 wasn’t Thanksgiving and SHE said NO to helping him. SHE DENIED HIM.

Picked up some books and things for N and L today for Christmas. Will send them soon.

J received and signed for the health insurance card 11-23-96.

RE: Health Insurance Card

‘Hi J- We received this information regard (Health) Insurance. I have made copies and have enclosed 1 health insurance and pharmacy ID card. Thank you, Patricia (last name)”.

This was sent Certified, RRR.

SO, along with N’s report card, we also got a letter from the AP. It was regarding decorating the School with lights for the Month of December.

Since he/we couldn’t be there, Keith said to check that we would send lights. So we did.
