My friend Pat and I went to court. I brought Sarah as I had no babysitter, so Pat sat in the hallway with Sarah while I went into court.
The Judge told me I already had custody of Sarah because she lives with me, but I told the Judge that I needed it done legally as Anthony had threatened to take Sarah to Mexico and I would never see her again.
Judge gave me everything I wanted and set Child Support at $258.00 per month, commencing tomorrow, 8/1/1995!
