Post marked 1-29-03, letter dated 1-24-03- she writes, “Patty, We need a copy of Sara’s birth certificate A.S.A.P. to continue her health benefits. Here is a copy of our notice in case you want to verify it. Thank you Coleen.”
I received this letter today.
The Memorandum was dated January 15, 2003. The Audit was taking place the first week of February. Wonder why it took so long to get it to me… No I don’t, LOL.
Documents required for the Audit for Dependents on Health Plans, for Dependent Children says, “birth certificate, adoption papers, custody documents.” They DID have a copy of the custody papers, but SHE returned it to me. Go figure.
I took care of it, of course. Nice try though….
