WOW, just WOW! So the ex called ME. Since 1995, because of her lying to the police when she made a false police report, the phone calls between Keith and I and her and her husband were recorded. This call was recorded. She had called two times previous, at 11:49 am and 11:51 am, but I was taking to Keith and told her I had to call her back. She called me back at 11:58am.

During this phone call to me, she was wanting to know what was going on. I told her I didn’t know. She wanted to know why I bought the tickets for visitation, why did I do it, she didn’t care what Keith told me to do, why did I do it?

She told him his share of airfare was $215 and we found out that that the ticket she was going to pay for was $116. She thought that was fair. According to court orders, airfare was to be split 50/50. So Keith’s share should have been $165.50. She was PISSED because I ended up buying the tickets, she was INCENSED. We also found out she pulled this same stunt for Spring. She told Keith that his half was $246 while she paid $130. Keith’s half should have been $188.

During this call, on top of telling me she wasn’t going to sent the kids or pay her 1/2 of the airfare, and to take her to court, she told me “you people are so fucking cheap~ you are so cheap that you can spend money on your kids and their asthma and your computers and all your bullshit but you’ll whine about….” but I didn’t understand what she said. My kids have asthma. Can you believe that a mother, someone that is affiliated with the Kiwanis club, would say something about children like that!

She was just talking so much smack I had to ask her not only what she was talking about, but I asked her, PURELY out of jest, if she had taken her medication. It stopped her for a second, and she said, “No I haven’t taken my medication today.” I told her I thought she needed to. She continued on saying that she “had been diagnosed with (*a mental health issue*) and guess what? I’m gonna be on your door step so you need to be afraid!” When I confirmed what she said, that she had been diagnosed she said, “Oh yeah, diagnosed with (*mental health issue*) and right now, I’m gonna get a divorce and you, just thank yourself for that, ok?” She accused me of being the cause of her divorce! LMAO.

I literally just cracked up, and told her that was too funny that she’s blaming me for her problems. I told her I pitied her. She railed, saying, “Fuck you! Go to hell bitch! You can take your god fearing loving crap and stick it up your ass! Does it make you feel better to do shit behind my back!?”

She spewed so much nonsense, continuing to threaten me that she will continue to threaten me until every inch of my bone and body is afraid of her and I better be afraid because she’s going to be on my door step.

MY GOD….

It was one crazy phone call from the ex, but she got her threat in….what’s she gonna do? I DARE her to drive between 1200-1500 miles, however many miles it is between us, to show me what she’s gonna do…I DARE her….

WACKO…. WHO DOES THIS?? She’s a MOTHER! She DEALS with the public AND is highly involved in the Kiwanis CLUB!

She loves to tell us how she lives in a small town and how embarrassed she and the kids are by what Keith and I write in letters to providers of service who deal with the kids. REALLY? Do they know HER? Have they seen or heard THIS side of her?

ALSO during the phone call today, she told me (about Keith and I) “you know what? you people are so fucking cheap, you are so cheap! You can spend money on your kids and their asthma…”

I was truly taken aback, a woman, attacking another woman’s children and their health. Hard to believe she’s involved with the Kiwanis Club.

Took the kids to Knotts Berry Farm, also took them clothes shopping at Mervyns, Millers Outpost, a candy store for L, and Factory 2-U.

For the most part, it was a great visit 🙂

Today, mailed the kids their clothes that didn’t fit in their bags when they arrived.

My brother in law passed away. He had not been feeling well. It was 6 weeks from the time he was taken to the hospital, he had been diagnosed to him passing away. TOO QUICK. TOO YOUNG. He was only 43. He had JUST turned 43 a month before.

When Keith was visiting him in the hospital, he told me a story of something that happened. He said that Johnny kept asking him who the guy was at the foot of the bed. Keith said he saw no one, but Johnny insisted there was someone there. Johnny said he was dressed all in white. Keith knew then Johnny was at Heaven’s Gates.

He was Keith’s youngest brother. SUCH a funny dude! RIP JohnnyBob, JD! You will be terribly missed!

Because I have a case open with the DA, I have to go to CCW, L.A. on 3-31.

Sigh…

BUT, Anthony told the Commissioner that the extra $50 a month that is deducted from his paycheck is specifically for Uncovered medical expenses. THAT is not true.

EVERYTHING, copies of my support checks and information from the DA’s office stating contrary will be brought to court on March 31, 1999. I will let the court at that time decide what is in the best interest of our child.

Shots fired.

We go to court on 2/17/99. I requested COSTS of $150 for legal assistant, reimbursement of medical/dental costs from 1995 to date, 24 hours notice of change of address or employer, order to maintain medical coverage for minor child.

I requested $50 a month towards the past due uncovered medical expense. I also request that he repays any future uncovered expenses within 14 days of the receipt of the bills.

HE shall maintain in full force the present health care plan or comparable insurance for our daughter so long as the coverage is avail through his employer, and he maintains this coverage until the termination of his obligation to contribute to our child.

He shall mail to me any and all proof of insurance cards within 24 hours upon his receipt of this information.

That if he becomes unemployed, he shall acquire Medical Insurance of comparable coverage within 24 hours for our daughter’s benefit, either by independent coverage or group coverage through a new employer, to insure our daughter does not go any longer than 24 hours without coverage. He shall notify me of any lapse of coverage.

He is to notify me in writing within 24 hours of any changes of employment or home address.

That I, the petitioner will provide copes of all medical/dental receipts for the courts and HIS convenience even though he has been sent many copies and many letters requesting payments which go unheeded.

I ask the court to reiterate the importance to the respondent of following these orders issued today, and the subsequent possibility of contempt of court issues if not.

Of course I declared under penalty of perjury under the laws of CA that the foregoing is true and correct.

I requested a review for an upward modification from the DA’s office for child support. Anthony has become employed again. He had gotten fired from his previous job.

If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Isn’t that the saying?

January 7th letter postmarked January 8, 1999, received today, January 11, 1999.

She wrote one page. Amongst the blathering, the first sentence included, “I will not accept any correspondence from you or your wife.”

Cool!
