I wrote Anthony back on Jan. 8th reminding him of his outstanding balance of $289.14. Sent copies of receipts or recent expenses, included in the outstanding balance.
On Jan. 31, I sent Anthony another letter regarding this issue. I told him to please respond as soon as possible of his intention to comply with his support obligation. I let him know that if he failed to respond by 2/28, legal action to enforce his obligation may be taken. I left my phone number and email to contact me.
Anthony received this letter today.
