Let’s see- has it been 3 weeks since my last note? No, according to my records it’s only been 1 week!! SURPRISE!! Boy, Christmas comes all throughout the year for you! Lucky Lady!

Since your harassing phone call to me on the 14th, that ranged from EOB’s to Easter 1990 when you saw Keith at his mom’s house with “another woman” (OH MY GOSH!!) I thought I would send you a copy of the only thing we have received from the hospital.

I have forwarded a copy of the EOB to the hospital so they can send it to your insurance company. The hospital does not send out itemized bills to R/P’s.

DO NOT call Keith or myself to yell or complain about anything again-

First of all- I am 9 months pregnant, due any day, and don’t need it and secondly, it is unnecessary- every letter I send or Keith send for that matter is self explanatory!!

Just sit back, chill, wait for YOUR eob forward a copy to us and that’s it!!

By the way,- the accusation that we are invading your privacy is completely a joke!! I have found copies of EOB’s where YOU have neglected to black out this information yourself!! Not only this, but you even gave N the insurance card which had all but the social security #, so…. PLEASE, try to remember things you do and say.

Lastly, about Keith “never sending you a penny.” ANOTHER joke!! This must be your claim to fame!! Every chance you get you tell everyone this lie- talk about having things slap you in the face!!

I hate to tell you- but we have proof your allegation is wrong!! Cancelled checks from 1989, letters f rom you thanking him for sending you money not only “regularly”, but “on time” as well!! ( all the while working and going on welfare and not doing what Welfare wanted you to do!) UH OH!!

The said thing is- you wrote he has never paid you and you have been forced to pay all medical for the kids!! You declared this under penalty of perjury!!

So don’t ever accuse us of invading your privacy, especially when you gave it yourself and don’t ever accuse Keith of never giving you a penny!!

Slander against either one of us or in this case both of us, is a matter of the courts to handle.

From what I understand, you asked Keith to speak to me regarding the reason’s we need copies of the EOB’s from your insurance company.

The simplest way for me to explain it is this- When we receive your copy, we attach it to the EOB we receive from our insurance company so we can keep our records updated as well. This way, when you send letters updating past due balances, we can compare the figures intelligently and not blindly, since we have something to compare it against. I am sure you understand this. Also, I know you have questioned his reason’s for requesting this information and we believe he has explained his reasons in his declaration written Nov. 21, 1995 (page 2 #6) as well as in his letter to you dated June 12, 1996, June 16, 1996 and July 1, 1996.

I wrote the Ex a letter because she has asked my husband to speak to me regarding the reasons we needed copies of the EOB’S from her insurance company. I told her that the simplest way for me to explain it was this way: “When we receive your copy, we attach it to the eob we receive from our insurance company so that we can keep our records updated as well. I went on to tell her that I am sure she understood this. Receiving EOB’s from her had ALWAYS been an issue. She wanted to just be able to tell him what she thought he owed her and he should have just paid according to her. Fortunately, it doesn’t work that way. SOME ex spouses may be able to handle medical expenses that way, not this one.

So the ex called at 8:55pm. I answered the phone.
P-Hello?

J- Is Keith there?

P- yeah, hold on (called for Keith and let him know who was on the phone.)

K- hello?

J- hey, are you sleeping?

K- un, getting ready to

J- (raising voice) Well then why the hell did she put you on the phone?

K- what?

J- Why the hell did she put you on the phone?

K- (assertive tone) I wasn’t asleep

So now, she’s already pissed, because I put him on the phone, when he wasn’t asleep, and also because a letter he sent that she just got about EOB’s.

She opines as to how she handles the EOB’s, and says she doesn’t see what the big deal is as to why he has to get a copy, in the first place. She doesn’t see what the big deal is as to why he needs a copy of what her insurance pays.

SIGH….

So she talks to him about getting running shoes for their son, how expensive they are, etc. Keith looked up some and price was between $120-$140. She said she would probably spend $80. Keith joked that he would be him a $10 pair, and J said, “Cheapskate.”

Can’t even joke with her.

I was 8.5 months pregnant at this time. Keith and I had been married for ALMOST a year.

J cashed this bank check today, 4-16-97.

“Hi J-

Enclosed is a $10 bank check that pays for our half of the “unaccompanied Minor fee” you paid for.

We had gotten this prior to Keith speaking to you last night, and also decided the kids really don’t need it for the return trip home.

We hope this doesn’t upset you too much, but if it does, we apologize.

We had a great time with the kids and look forward to getting them during the summer.

It’s always hard when the kids leave. Keith takes it hard, his daughter takes it hard, his son is harder to read, my daughter takes it hard, I’m sad.

Their mom called at 7:30pm. I answered.

P (like I didn’t know) yeah….

J- did the kids make it to the airport?

P- uh huh

J- Ok, I was double checking

P- ok

The kids are leaving tomorrow. Keith had the kids call their mom at 730pm, and she had to speak to him as well to get the flight information and other stuff.

J had told Keith to just remind the kids that they are going to come back for the whole month in July, and that it wasn’t too far off.

Keith said, right, and that they need to get the tickets soon. Then J pops off with, “Whenever your wife want to make the arrangements” and giggles.

Why me? Keith and I look up information for OUR own edification. Besides, I’m not supposed to be involved, I thought. LOL…
