November 1995

Keith spoke to his kids on November 2nd. He said the kids asked about Sarah and what she was for Halloween and to tell me hi.His ex dated a letter to him November 4th, and postmarked Nov. 6th.

In this letter she wrote how ridiculous it was for me to write the kids and send it certified, because she is unable to get to the post office as she works the same hours they do, and no one is ever home during the day to receive the certified letter.

She went on to tell Keith that the kids that they don’t want to hear from me, that they don’t want to call him and have to talk to me at all. She continued to say how she had to make their daughter call last time and how she was quite pleased that I didn’t talk to her. She told Keith to please keep the correspondence and phone calls between him and the kids only.

She also returned the letter I wrote the kids, dated 10-24-95. This tells me that they were not given the opportunity to read my letter because they asked about my daughter and Halloween while on the phone and I wrote about it in the letter I sent them.

Keith was served court papers, mid November. Ex wife#2 refused to discuss any visitation plan. All she wanted was more money. She was still livid from the incident of Summer.

According to her, she was keeping the kids, she was taking 2 weeks off from work and having out of town company coming in.

Still No Return Receipt

Called the local PO again and spoke to the same manager. He told me that the form 3811 was not in the notified certified file but would look in another file. Nothing.

Around 315pm, I got the mail and the Form 3811 arrived, round stamped Nov 1, 1995. So weird. Also, it was signed by my 8 yr old stepdaughter, and right next to it it had the ex’s signature.

No Return Receipt Yet

Usually when we send the kids a card or letter, it takes no more than 2 MAYBE 3 days.

I called their Delivery Post Office today to inquire about the 3811 Form. The Manager said that the letter hasn’t gotten there yet OR the letter carrier has it with him today to give it a few days.

Letter to N &L

Wrote and sent the kids a letter 10/24/95 and mailed it today. I asked them how they are doing and that I hope things were going well for them.

I let L know that we got the card with her pictures in it, and that I was glad to see she liked the Benji cards. I told her it looked like she liked soccer, a lot, and asked, “do you?”

I asked N how his team did in Baseball and asked if he is playing any other sports. I asked him how the dinosaur movie was that we sent, if he liked it, was it interesting.

I asked both of the kids if they used the San Art set we sent, if N liked the planes his dad sent, and said that I hoped they liked everything we sent them, that we had fun getting them.

I asked how the weather has been (where they live) that it had been quite chilly at night here but during the day it was real nice, in the low to mid 80’s. I let both kids know that w are all fine here, Sarah was getting nuttier by the day. I told them that she was going to be a Bunny Rabbit for Halloween, and that she puts on her costume every other day or so and hops around. I also asked N & L what they were going to be.

I said, “well, that’s about all for now. I have lots of yard work to do so I’d better close for now. I will write again soon, ok? We all love and miss you. Dad xoxo Pat xoxo & Sarah xoxo”

I sent this letter Return Receipt requested.

Phone Call

L called tonight. Keith only got to speak to her for less than a minute before J got on the phone to yell at him, because she was VERY unhappy about the fact that it was MY writing on the box we sent LAST MONTH. J said that the kids knew it wasn’t from him and that it wasn’t his writing on the box.”

WHAT?! LOL

Keith asked her what difference would it have made if the man on the corner addressed the box or the postal clerk for that matter. The fact is the contents were from both of us. He kept asking her what her problem was now, and she told him that she did not want me writing the kids or send them pictures or anything “EVER!!”

She’s still pissed off about the July incident, clearly.

ANYWAY, we had sent the box on 9-22. It contained presents and pictures from their vacation with us and a letter from me. The kids should have gotten the box on or around 9-25-95. J waited until tonight to call. Either A) her husband had been home this whole time on vacation or work leave or off week, and this was the first chance she got to call, or B) she thought Keith was going to be served papers tonight and was primming him for the moment or C) all the above.

J is premeditating and methodical and Keith was not served tonight.

Gifts

Earlier today, I took a box to a shipping company to send the kids. It was for both kids, from both Keith and myself. It should be there within a week.

Here She Come’s Again…

Seems Coleen got ahold of the court papers David signed for. She returned them to me, postmarked, round stamped with two dates, including two pics of her and Anthonys wedding from November 1994, probably why he never responded to court orders, LOL.

ANYWAY, she also wrote on a small, squared piece of paper, “You are such a fool”

Made me laugh, thinking, “I’m not the one that married him.” LOL

MCI Telephone Service

At 830pm on August 8, 1995, MCI called. The representative asked me if I knew a man by the name of Ex Wife#2’s Husbands name. I told her I did and she said, “Great, he gave me your number to join” I told her that the name was my fiancé’s ex wife’s husband, and no thanks.

I called ex’s husband. Ex answered the phone. When I acknowledged her and told her who I was, she immediately hung up the phone.

I made a second attempt to contact ex’s husband on August 9th at 900am. This time he answered. I told him who I was and started telling him about the conversation I had with MCI.

He said he did not do that and asked, “Patricia who?” I repeated I was Keith’s fiancée. Ex’s husband said, “ No, I did not do that. You guys have caused enough heartache in my life.” I chuckled and said, “ well, isn’t that the pot calling the kettle black.” And he hung up.

ALL his life? I just barely saw him in person for the first time in MY life when he dropped the kids off with his wife, last month. Weird.

Received

It seems Anthony received the court copy. The 3811 form from the post office was signed by someone by the name of David today 8/8/95 at Anthony’s house.
